Shipping Policy

Once an item leaves the facility, Bolt bandits is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Bolt Bandits is not responsible for misdelivered orders. Bolt Bandits is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

We suggest customers opt for Priority or Priority Express shipping for the enhanced speed of travel.

All international orders that contain items on our Standard Production Timeline will ship once the full order is complete. If you’d prefer to have Ready-to-Ship items shipped first, please place two orders, one containing the Ready-to-Ship items and a second with your Standard Production Timeline items.

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow a few weeks for Priority Mail shipping if you reside outside the US due to possible customs delays
